Ode to the Road is a collaborative film making studio based in Cape Town, South Africa.

At the heart of the company is filmmaker Bruce Meissner, who is also well known in the industry for being one half of the highly successful photography duo, Love Made Visible.

Storytelling has always been a passion for Bruce, whether it be capturing a beautiful Canadian wedding celebration, an adventure up Kilimanjaro, or local musicians songwriting in the Karoo, Bruce is dedicated to creating authentic stories that stir emotions and imagination. He has a natural bent towards a documentary style and draws inspiration from the natural world, real human stories, music and other forms of creativity.
